UL 5334 Mica Wire
UL 5334 is a mica tape and fiberglass insulated wire rated 450°C and 600V AC under UL AWM Style 5334, produced under UL Follow-Up Service File No. E333030. UL 5334 uses mica tape as the primary insulation with a fiberglass outer covering — distinguishing it from UL 5107 which uses a glass braid. The fiberglass construction of UL 5334 provides a flatter, more uniform outer profile that is better suited for tight-radius routing and compact wiring harnesses inside high-temperature equipment enclosures where space constraints limit wire bundle diameter.
UL 5334 is specified for heating element connections and internal wiring in industrial ovens, furnaces, and thermal processing equipment where the circuit voltage requires 600V rating and the compact fiberglass outer construction is preferred over the round glass braid profile of UL 5107. For 300V fiberglass mica wire, see UL 5360. All products comply with RoHS and REACH.
