Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
CableApex is an industrial wire and cable supplier with a manufacturing background and a production base in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. Our facility includes extrusion production equipment and testing laboratories, with technical support for wire selection and custom requirements.

What information should I send for a quotation?
Send the wire style or drawing, AWG or cross-sectional area, conductor construction, insulation material, voltage, operating temperature and color. Please also include the quantity, packaging or cut-length preference, destination and required delivery date.
If the specification is not finalized, describe the equipment, installation conditions and the problem the wire needs to solve. Send your requirements or email sale@cableapex.com.

What conductor materials and constructions are available?
Copper conductor options include bare or tinned copper and solid or stranded constructions, depending on the selected wire specification. Conductor size, strand arrangement and any material documentation requirements should be confirmed for the product you order.
Tell us the required AWG or cross-sectional area and flexibility so we can review the appropriate construction.
Can you supply wire for high-temperature environments?
Yes. Our high-temperature wire range includes silicone and fluoroplastic insulation, plus mica/fiberglass constructions. The continuous operating temperature depends on the specific wire design; it should be checked against the selected product specification.

Can you customize wire for my equipment?
Custom options can include conductor size and structure, insulation or covering, color, marking and packaging. Available combinations depend on the construction and technical review.

Which certifications and compliance documents are available?
Certification and compliance requirements must be checked for the specific product, construction and destination market. For a UL AWM project, provide the required style and ratings so we can confirm the applicable product scope and documentation.
If your project requires CE, RoHS, CCC or another standard, state that requirement with your enquiry. Confirm the relevant documents for the selected wire before ordering. You can also browse our AWM wire range.

Do you provide samples for technical testing?
Free samples are available for most standard high-temperature and flexible cables, with international express shipping paid by the customer. Please confirm sample availability, length and any charges with our team before arranging shipment.
For a custom construction, sample requirements and timing are reviewed with the specification.
What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
Indicative lead times are 7–10 working days for standard specifications and 15–20 days for custom OEM orders. Actual timing depends on the wire construction, quantity, material availability and production schedule.
Please confirm the lead time in your quotation. International transit time is separate from production lead time.
What quantity and packaging details should I confirm?
Include your required quantity, preferred reel or spool format, and any cut-length, marking or labeling requirements in the enquiry. These details help us confirm supply options, pricing and delivery arrangements for the selected wire.
