UL 3122 Silicone Wire

UL 3122 is a silicone rubber insulated wire with a lacquered braid outer covering, rated 200°C and 300V AC under UL AWM Style 3122, supplied as a UL Recognized Component — file on record. UL 3122 shares the same 200°C temperature class and silicone rubber + braid construction as UL 3172, but is rated 300V AC rather than 600V — making it a suitable specification for selected low-voltage control, signal, and equipment internal wiring circuits in high-temperature enclosures where the application remains within the 300V rating.

The 300V rating of UL 3122 covers common low-voltage control levels such as 24V DC, 120V AC, and 230V AC, within the 200°C temperature class. UL 3122 and UL 3172 use a similar silicone rubber and braided construction, with a different voltage rating and selection range — UL 3172 is rated 600V for power circuits above 300V in the same temperature class. Available in 26 AWG to 16 AWG; RoHS and REACH documentation is available on request.
