UL 10269 PVC Wire
UL 10269 is a PVC insulated wire rated up to 105°C and 1,000V AC under UL AWM Style 10269, supplied as a UL Recognized Component — file on record. UL 10269 can be marked for 80°C, 90°C, or 105°C depending on the selected construction. It is the highest-voltage PVC insulated AWM style in the CableApex range — rated 1,000V AC, above the 600V rating of UL 1015 and the 300V rating of UL 1007 and UL 1569 — covering internal wiring where the circuit voltage exceeds the 600V rating of standard PVC AWM wire but fluoropolymer or XLPE insulation is not required by the application.
UL 10269 is also available with an optional oil-resistant grade (the applicable 60°C or 80°C oil-resistant rating, when specified and marked), suited to internal wiring in equipment exposed to oil mist or fluid splash. This makes UL 10269 a common selection for selected higher-voltage internal circuits in industrial control cabinets and machine assemblies, where the design remains within the UL 10269 rating. UL Style 10269 covers 30 AWG to 2000 kcmil; the common supply range is 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG, with larger sizes order-dependent. Tinned or bare copper conductor. RoHS and REACH documentation is available on request.
