UL 3321 XLPE Wire
UL 3321 is a cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated wire rated 150°C and 600V AC / 750V DC under UL AWM Style 3321, supplied as a UL Recognized Component — file on record. Within CableApex’s XLPE AWM range, UL 3321 is the highest-temperature grade — rated 25°C above UL 3266 and UL 3271 (both 125°C) and 45°C above UL 3666 (105°C). The crosslinked structure provides improved heat deformation resistance at 150°C continuous, suited to selected equipment internal wiring where the buyer’s design requires a 150°C rated XLPE AWM style.
UL 3321 is also available with an optional treated or untreated braid covering, specified when the equipment design requires it. For internal wiring where 125°C is sufficient, see UL 3266 (125°C / 300V, compact 15-mil wall) or UL 3271 (125°C / 600V / 750V DC). Available in 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG; RoHS and REACH documentation is available on request.
