UL 5335 Mica Wire
UL 5335 is a mica tape and glass braid insulated wire rated 450°C and 600V AC under UL AWM Style 5335, produced under UL Follow-Up Service File No. E333030. UL 5335 uses mica tape insulation with a glass braid outer covering at the 600V rating — positioned in the same 450°C / 600V / glass braid specification as UL 5107, but with a different construction detail in insulation layer count or mica tape type that provides specific performance characteristics suited to different heating equipment applications.
UL 5335 is specified for heating element power lead connections and internal bus wiring in industrial furnaces and high-temperature ovens where the glass braid outer construction is required for mechanical protection and the circuit voltage requires the full 600V rating. For the 300V mica glass braid variant, see UL 5128. For mica fiberglass flat construction, see UL 5334. All products comply with RoHS and REACH.
