UL 5360 Mica Wire

UL 5360 is a mica tape insulated single-conductor wire rated 200°C and 300V AC under UL AWM Style 5360, produced under UL Follow-Up Service File No. E333030. UL 5360 is the single-conductor, 300V counterpart of UL 5359 — sharing the same 200°C mica tape insulation technology but in a single-conductor construction at the lower 300V rating, making it the appropriate specification for individual control and signal circuits in high-temperature equipment where each conductor is routed separately rather than in a multi-conductor assembly.

UL 5360 covers individual thermocouple extension leads, single heating element connections at 230V AC, and temperature sensor wiring routed separately through high-temperature enclosure zones where the 300V rating is sufficient and the single-conductor format provides routing flexibility.
