UL1332 FEP Wire
UL 1332 is an FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) insulated wire rated 200°C and 300V AC under UL AWM Style 1332, produced under UL Follow-Up Service File No. E333030. FEP is a melt-processable fluoropolymer that shares the chemical resistance and low dielectric constant of PTFE but can be extruded using standard continuous extrusion equipment — producing a smooth, glossy insulation surface with excellent release properties and slightly better flexibility than PTFE at equivalent wall thickness.
UL 1332 is the most flexible and most cost-effective fluoropolymer AWM wire style in the CableApex range — the standard specification for high temperature internal wiring in applications where chemical resistance, non-stick surface, and 200°C temperature rating are required but the full 600V rating and maximum temperature of PTFE (UL 1659) are not needed. The 300V rating covers all standard control, signal, and low-power internal wiring circuits. For 600V applications or temperatures above 200°C, see UL 1659 PTFE wire. Available in 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG, RoHS and REACH compliant.
