UL 3271 XLPE Motor Lead Wire — 125°C / 600V AC — Dubai and UAE Export
UL AWM Style 3271 is a single-conductor extruded XLPE insulated wire rated at 125°C and 600V AC (750V DC) under UL Subject 758. It covers a conductor range from 30 AWG to 2000 kcmil and is used for motor leads and internal wiring of appliances. An optional extruded or non-extruded semi-conductive polymeric layer may be provided over the conductor. Export to Dubai and the UAE: CIF Jebel Ali, transit approximately 16–20 days.

LV induction motor terminal connections
UL 3271 is used for motor lead connections — the wiring between LV induction motor terminal blocks and starters, VFDs, or junction boxes in Dubai industrial, commercial, and infrastructure facilities. The 125°C temperature rating and 600V AC voltage rating cover standard LV motor terminal connection requirements. For motor lead applications in higher-ambient-temperature environments, confirm that the routing temperature does not exceed the 125°C rating.
HVAC motor lead connections
Fan coil unit motors, AHU drives, and chiller motor terminal connections in commercial building HVAC systems across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The 125°C XLPE insulation provides thermal headroom for motor terminal box environments in air-conditioned machine rooms and rooftop plant rooms.
