UL 1569 PVC Wire

UL 1569 is a thin-wall PVC insulated hook-up wire rated 105°C and 300V AC under UL AWM Style 1569, produced under UL Follow-Up Service File No. E333030. UL 1569 occupies a specific position between UL 1007 (80°C / 300V, standard wall) and UL 1015 (105°C / 600V, standard wall) — it matches UL 1015’s 105°C temperature rating while retaining UL 1007’s 300V voltage rating, but with a thinner insulation wall than either. The thinner wall reduces the overall wire diameter for a given AWG, making UL 1569 the preferred specification for compact appliance internal wiring where space constraints require smaller wire bundle diameters without reducing conductor cross-section.
