UL 1911 High Voltage Wire
UL 1911 High Voltage Wire — 250°C / Up to 50,000V DC
UL AWM Style 1911 is a high-voltage wire under UL Subject 758, rated at 250°C and up to 50,000V DC. The UL style permits any insulation material as listed on the facing page of the certification, giving this style flexibility across different insulation constructions depending on the specific product build. The permitted use is internal wiring of electronic gas ignitor systems, or other applications where acceptability has been determined by UL.
The DC voltage rating is construction-dependent and marking-dependent. Not all constructions reach the 50,000V DC maximum — confirm your required voltage rating, conductor size, insulation material, and construction at enquiry stage. For AC ignition wire at 10,000V, see UL 3304 or UL 3573. For high-temperature DC applications requiring silicone rubber insulation up to 60kV DC, see UL 3239.

Construction Note
UL Style 1911 permits any insulation material accepted under the facing page construction, which means the actual insulation used varies by product build. If your application requires a specific insulation material — such as silicone rubber for elevated operating temperatures — confirm the available construction options at enquiry stage. For silicone rubber high-voltage DC wire up to 60kV, see UL 3239.
