AWG selection — 30 AWG to 4/0 AWG. Note that insulation wall thickness changes across four conductor size groups, so finished outer diameter varies significantly across the range. Confirm OD requirements against connector and routing hardware when ordering multiple AWG sizes for one assembly.
Solid or stranded conductor. Both are within the UL Style 3321 scope. Stranded construction is generally specified where the wire is routed around bend points during assembly; solid is available where the routing is straight and fixed.
Bare or tinned copper. Conductor surface finish is an order-dependent construction, not a fixed default. Specify according to the termination method used in the assembly process.
Insulation colour. Standard colours: red, black, white, yellow, blue, green, brown, grey. Custom colours available on request. Minimum order quantity applies per colour per AWG.
Optional braid covering. Treated or untreated braid is available within the UL Style 3321 scope where the equipment design requires additional surface protection at protected routing contact points. Specify the braid requirement at the enquiry stage — it affects construction, outer diameter, and production setup.
Spool and reel format. Spool lengths, reel sizes, and cut-to-length packaging produced to buyer specification. Confirm the required format and length at enquiry.
