UL 3239 High Voltage Silicone Wire

UL 3239 is a high-voltage silicone rubber wire rated 200°C under UL AWM Style 3239, supplied as a UL Recognized Component — file on record. The DC voltage rating is construction-dependent, with the maximum rating up to 60,000V DC; specific voltage ratings are confirmed per construction and order. UL 3239 covers internal lead connections in high-voltage DC equipment — selected examples include DC power supply internal wiring, high-voltage multiplier stacks, and electrostatic equipment — where the internal wiring must carry high DC voltages within protected equipment routing. Application suitability should be evaluated against the specific voltage, routing condition, and equipment design.

The 200°C silicone rubber insulation provides thermal stability in high-voltage equipment where proximity to high-voltage components raises the ambient temperature at the wire. The voltage rating depends on the insulation wall construction: higher DC ratings require thicker walls and should be confirmed at the time of order. For AC ignition wiring at up to 10,000V, see UL 3304 and UL 3573. Available in 24 AWG to 10 AWG; RoHS and REACH documentation is available on request.
